Services

Ultimate App operates as a digital marketplace connecting users with LGUs and vendors. During the MVP phase, Ultimate App may act as merchant of record.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” Ultimate App OPC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
